FPB & Shared Environments Stakeholders
The Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) team works primarily with FPB and shared environments (SEs) stakeholders when there are UW Connect tickets that can’t be solved by them alone and need support in tracking down the solution. Please note, the team is responsible for resolving escalated issues through UW Connect and is not a substitute for support that is through job aids, your shared environment, and regular UW Finance customer service.
- Finance Application Management Stakeholders
The EBS team works primarily with the Finance Application Management (FAM) team when the problems being solved require a change to a business process in Workday. The EBS lead for solving the problem will reach out to the FAM team to coordinate efforts.
